I found this vintage dress of my mothers in an old cardboard box in the front room as I was cleaning it out. I have been through this box many times, and it contains all my old doll clothes. I found this gem hiding, and couldn't believe that I missed it all these years. It is just one of many garments of my mother's that I possess, and cherish so.
I am secretly hoping one of the twins is a little girl, and that she can wear this.

i have a bunch of stuff from when I was a baby but not as far back as my parents since they were displaced... my favorites are a traditional dress called an Ao Dai and this little sailor garb that a grandma sewed for my sister that zoe now wears. haha
Oh that is so lovely, and I am sure it made you smile all day. I wish my mom had kept some of the things she sewed for us, but no such luck. Of course, I have pictures, and that is good enough for me. I remember all the details.
